Late at night when the signals from numbers stations are stronger we began to notice a certain pattern. It has taken several months to decode the message and even then we could not be sure. Mistakes were made--that is a certainty. The message was not intended for us but we were there to hear it. We have no way of knowing if the intended recipient heard it as well.
